Lawify (Pty) Ltd ("Lawify", "we") processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). This notice explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you join a waitlist, request the free guide, ask to be notified about a precedent, or request a booking, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and what you told us you're preparing for or need help with.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your booking request and arrange your session.
- To send you the material you asked for and let you know when courses or precedents you expressed interest in become available.
- To tell you about Lawify courses and materials relevant to what you signed up for.
What we don't do
We don't sell or share your details with third parties for their marketing. We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and stop contacting you. Email info@lawify.co.za and we'll action it promptly.
