- Trusts in wills: applying the Trust Property Control Act 57 of 1988

- Estate duty: the Estate Duty Act 45 of 1955
- Contesting a will
A paper that rewards practitioners
This content is bread-and-butter attorney work, and it's taught here by practitioners who draft wills and administer estates. Case-law currency matters: the syllabus expects candidates to be up to date with the latest High Court, SCA and Constitutional Court decisions on wills and estates to within a week of the exam.
